Queries were posed on page 3 budget versus actual figures. The Clerk advised (and the auditor has confirmed) the main differences are due to consolidation of the boards.

7. Machar Roads; Signage at Eagle Lake Estates

THAT we instruct the Superintendent of Public Works to order and install a sign at Eagle Lake Estates Park,
FURTHER THAT we install one bear proof garbage container at Bray Lake Park. CARRIED
New container is to replace 2 existing garbage containers at Bray Lake Park.
Speed limit to remain at 60 km/hour on Park Rd. Signs to be installed on each side of Mikisew Park and each side of the Hockey Opportunity Camp.

New stop signs to be erected on Spur Rd, Scarlett Rd and Leighton Rd.
Consent to work on unopened road allowance discussed. It is not recommended practice to sell Township road allowances. Obligation to maintain if brought up to standard was queried.
